Same-day cancellations are subject to the full appointment fee
Your first appointment is all about understanding your needs and creating a tailored treatment plan to help you feel your best. We’ll take the time to assess your concerns, discuss your medical history, and determine the best course of action to address your foot and ankle health.

A thorough foot and lower limb assessment.
Gait analysis (how you walk and move).
Medical history review
Skin and nail treatment
Discussions about your lifestyle and how it may impact your foot health.
A personalised treatment plan, which may include advice, therapies, or orthotics.
To help us provide the most accurate and effective care, please bring the following items based on the type of appointment you’ve booked:
Easy-to-remove shoes for convenience during the assessment.
An updated list of any medications you are currently taking.
Your day shoes (e.g. work or school shoes).
Your exercise shoes (e.g. sneakers, runners).
Your house shoes/slippers, if worn.
Wear comfortable, easy clothing such as shorts and a T-shirt or workout wear. This will allow us to easily assess your gait.
Avoid excessively loose-fitting clothing or dresses which can obstruct gait assessment.
Avoid jeans or fitted / tight trousers that may restrict movement during assessment
To make the most out of your appointment:
Ensure you have already completed your "New Patient Form", which is sent to you via text or email, with a link to complete online.
Be ready to discuss your concerns and goals for treatment.
Have any previous podiatry records, recent scans, referrals, or relevant medical history at hand, if available.
At Neat Feet Podiatry Care, we offer flexible payment options to suit your needs. We accept EFTPOS and credit card, with HICAPS available for on-the-spot private health fund claims. For information on whether your treatment or orthotics are covered by insurance, it is best to contact them to enquire prior to your appointment, as each individual's cover will be unique to their situation.
We understand that visiting a podiatrist can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Rest assured, you’re in great hands. Fiona, our experienced podiatrist, is here to make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible.
