Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. However if you have an Enhanced Primary Care plan from your Doctor, this will be accepted.

How do I claim from my Health Fund?

We have HICAPS available on site for Health fund claims and electronic payments.

What should I wear to my appointment?

It depends on your appointment type. Generally, loose fitting clothing or something comfortable is fine.

If attending for a biomechanical consultation relating to pain or injury, it is best that you wear shorts, or sports wear, to allow for full assessment of the lower limb.

Do I need to bring anything?

Footwear is important. Generally, wear your most comfortable day to day shoes.

If attending for a biomechanical assessment relating to pain or injury, please bring your work shoes, exercise shoes and your most commonly worn shoes.

How long is an appointment?

This will vary according to your appointment type and need, of which there are many.

Initial appointments are 40 minutes.

Subsequent appointments are 20 / 30 minutes depending on type.

Is there parking available?

Yes there is parking available on site, behind the building as well as on the driveway.

Is there disabled access?

Yes, there is a ramp at the front entrance for disabled access. The premises are on one level.

Tuesday 8am-4pm
